Returns Policy

As a consumer, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. 


Items being returned must arrive with us within 30 days of receipt of goods.  

A return request must first be submitted to us first within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


To return an item, please complete our online returns form obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number (returns number). After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and The RMA/Returns number supplied to you by us upon approval of your return request. , then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.  We strongly recommend that you use a suitably insured and trackable method to ship your return, as we cannot be take responsibility for ensuring the safety of the goods in transit.  Goods must be received by us in as-new merchantable quality.  If upon inspection the goods are found to have been used, over-handled or damage has been caused to the product or its retail packaging, we will not be able to issue a return and will notify you of this, allowing you to arrange for collection of the goods or we can offer to ship the goods back to you at your expense.  


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return accordingly. 

Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.  Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed on our end.


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

     ●     Perishable goods including but not limited to firewood, kindling and other fuels supplied.

     ●     Special-order items.

     ●     Bespoke goods.

     ●     Customised / tailored goods.

Where purchases are made by or on behalf of a business (defined by the invoice and/or delivery address being a business), returns may only be accepted at our discretion and may incur re-stocking fees if accepted.  If you have any concerns as a business or as an individual purchasing on behalf of a business, please contact us on if you would like to seek any specific arrangements or agreements prior to purchase.
